Our process unfolds like this:
This is the piece of homework that we require from you. It can be found through our (fun!) Client Discovery Questionnaire. Client Discovery gives us the foundation to work from for the rest of the website design process.
With the Discovery information we’ll get to work creating the marketing strategy for your business goals, design wireframe sketches, set the project schedule and milestones.
Drawing from the Planning information gathered up to this point, it’s time to design the look and feel of your site.
We take your target audience, the colour palette and imagery into consideration and produce a polished design mockup for your review.
The Development stage is where we create the functioning website. All the details put into the design mockup and notes about what the user experience will be, are brought to life. We install the necessary software and code it up.
Training and Launch
We provide 2 hours staff training on the backend of your new site. We also include a goto help page in the backend for your own reference.
Your new site is launched and we cheer!
Post Launch Maintenance
After the site is live we provide 3 free of charge support tickets to handle issues that may arise. We periodically check in to see how your new website experience is going.
We believe in a set price (with, of course, customization options) and clear communication with clients. For reference we’ve posted our base standard contract which we want our clients to understand and agree with.
